Shipping policy
Made-to-order. Ships in 7–10 business days.
Rose Paige Collection is a small-batch indie label. Every piece is made after you order — we don't hold inventory. Your piece typically ships within 7–10 business days of your order date.
What this means in practice:
- Your order is queued the moment you place it.
- Production typically takes 5–8 business days.
- Shipping via USPS or DHL takes 1–3 business days within the United States.
- You'll receive a tracking email the moment your piece ships.
If we ever can't ship within the stated window, we'll email you with the option to wait or receive a full refund. Per FTC Mail Order Rule.
Shipping rates within the United States:
- Standard shipping: $8 flat
- Free shipping on orders over $200
- Express shipping: $15
We do not currently ship internationally.
